Security is becoming even more important in our society as society encourages our legislators continue to make our grade schools and universities safer for criminals to wage war on the innocent. ( Ouch!) Most schools rely on ex-police officers to provide the security within their campuses. However, police tactics are not well suited to providing security to a non-criminal population.
